Well maintained log cabin on a sprawling, sunny wooded lot with lawn and protective trees all around. It is not far from the small, car-free village of Nyord with its small marina. The spacious wooden house is equipped with an air-to-air heat pump and a wood stove to reduce heating costs as much as possible. If required, the wood-burning stove exudes a particularly pleasant warmth and creates a cozy ambience. There is also a kitchen renovated in 2016, a bathroom with shower / WC, a guest toilet and three bedrooms. Outside there is a wooden terrace with covered seating and a beautiful view of the green surroundings. No rental to youth groups desired!
