"Beautiful views of the mountains. Wonderful spa. Directly across from the train station (no noise) and adjacent to all the shopping. Staff was superb. The only downside is the restaurant bar seems to be closed so in the evening you had to go to a different property for entertainment. "

Staff was very friendly, especially Miriam at the front desk, who attempted to make us drinks when the bar was closed. She did a great job and was so nice to accommodate us. "Room was comfortable, though rather basic and simple (only one chair in room). Optional breakfast, free coffee and tea provided. Easy access by short bus ride from train station and close to historic centre. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great lobby area with plenty of seating. "

"This little gem of a hotel was perfect for a stay in Interlaken. It’s a short walk from the Interlaken West train station and close to everything! Only downside is it was hot and there is no AC … but if you want an authentic alps experience it’s worth it! "

"We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here again. "
