"This stay at Blackthorn went above and beyond what I needed - some time and space for myself to write. In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! The hut was perfect, the bed extremely comfortable with high-quality linens and duvet/pillows. Kitchen very well-supplied with everything I needed (and more). "If anyone dreams of staying in the Cotswolds in an authentic cottage, you couldn't improve upon our stay. We had a three-generation family including two teenagers who enjoyed every moment. The cottage had every convenience and was beautifully decorated. While many tours were clogging the streets of nearby destinations around the area, we were able to walk the quiet village and fields. It was truly a delight and we can't recommend it highly enough."

"We had a great stay here, it is so convenient to walk into Stow itself and did a great 6km loop walk around the local countryside. The house was comfortable and located opposite Majestic Wine and M&S which was great for picking up food and drink whilst we were there. A few extra loo rolls, bigger towels for longer than a 1 night stay, and mini shampoo/conditioner would have been great for that extra special touch."
