The property boasts three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and relaxation. Those staying in the primary bedroom will enjoy a NEW king size bed, private deck with east facing ski area views, TV, love seat that opens to a bed if needed and a brand new en suite bathroom with double sinks, a soaker tub and a large glass shower. The second bedroom on this level has a queen size bed and deck access as well, facing west. There is a full bathroom just outside this bedroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed and shares the deck the queen bedroom occupants. There is a third bathroom just outside this bedroom as well allowing plenty of space for everyone to get ready for bed or get ready for a big event! Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a 2-car garage.

Parking is in a 2 car garage and there is room for 1 additional car in the driveway just behind the garage. NO trailers or RV's allowed! Garage height is 7'9", width is 16' and depth is 17' 5".

Thistlebrook Rendezvous is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. The Four Seasons Steamboat Difference

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
