Ski-in Location Steps from the Gondola!

Beautiful ski-in condo at Gondola Square! The location is ideal any time of year for your Steamboat vacation! Air conditioning added in the fall of 2023 to make the summer months more comfortable. In the winter and spring, ski right up to the building at the end of the day and securely leave your equipment in the locked ski storage and in the morning be on the Gondola within 2 minutes. In the summer and fall, it is a great location for accessing mountain biking, hiking, viewing the fall foliage, and exploring all that Steamboat offers. The property has recently been updated with granite countertops, new sinks and faucets, new flooring, updated window coverings, ceiling fans in all main rooms, sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, and updated furnishings and decor. We are consistently updating with new features every year. New gas fireplace insert installed in November 2020 for cozy evenings by the fire and ceiling fans were installed in September of 2021 in the Living Room, Dining Room and both bedrooms. 2022 updates include new furniture and flooring in primary bedroom, radiant electric cooktop, updated 65" smart TV in living room and updated wi-fi to allow for faster streaming. In 2023 we completed the final reflooring project in the second bedroom and added air conditioning. New washer/dryer and new recliners in summer of 2024. Shops, restaurants, the gondola and the new ice rink are just outside your door. In the summer, the ice rink is transformed into a family entertainment area with yard games and an amphitheater for concerts and outdoor movies. The unit is on the first floor with easy access to the hot tubs, fire pit, and grills. The free city shuttle stops just yards from the front door every 15- 30 minutes, depending on the season and time of day or use the complimentary shuttle service.
