The mountainside condominium features a well equipped kitchen with a granite counter breakfast bar and a large dining area. The comfortable living space features a gas fireplace and a wall mounted flat screen TV with a DVD player and a collection of classic movies. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony from which the fantastic views can be enjoyed. The studio area has an accordion wall for privacy. This unit has max occupancy of 5 people per the owner. The owner of this condominium has chosen to not accept summer sports team participant guests.

Storm Meadows I at Christie Base is located directly off the Right-O-Way beginner's run at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Guests can easily access the slopes with a short walk from the property. At lunchtime or day's end, guests can ski or snowboard right back to their building.

This convenient property offers views of the ski slopes and south Yampa Valley., and is located just above Ski Time Square, putting apres-ski activities, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Relish a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day of indulging in Steamboat's legendary powder or other winter adventures.

This hillside building is entered from the parking lot on the fifth floor. The elevator services floors three through six. Stairs to the first level provide access to the slopes and hot tub.

During summer, enjoy the easy stroll along the Steamboat Ski Area promenade and the refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area, where summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits enhance Steamboat Springs' splendid summertime surroundings.

Time for some updating

We stayed here in early March and found the unit a bit "over-stuffed," outdated and musty. We realize this is someone's personal unit but believe it's time to freshen up the place. While the photos that are provided are nice, it would be even better if the management company would provide some sort of rating service for the properties they list on VRBO, something we've found with other management companies in resort areas. That way, renters would have an idea how properties compared. Another bit of information that would be helpful is the age of the property and the statement provide once inside the unit - "Please be respectful of the tenants around and below you. This building was built in the '70s when sound proofing wasn't a top priority......" Because of this, it can be very noisy - toilets flushing, water running through pipes, flooring squeaking. As I write this I can hear the people in the unit above me walking around and flushing toilets as they get ready for their day - and I realize there is no way to fix this, but think the information useful prior to booking. My advice if you book here - use a white noise machine at least when sleeping. When we arrived, we had to open the sliding door and windows to air things out (I have asthma). The kitchen is in need of restocking, especially the silverware (a number of spoons seem to have found their way into the garbage disposal and are now quite rough on the edges). Other items, like the glass measuring cup which no longer has any 1/4 C., 1/2 C., etc. lines on it, are quite old and well-used. Time to refresh things. One positive note is that the king-sized bed is quite comfortable. The ski lockers are large and quite convenient. It is a bit of a walk to the slopes but the video supplied on the Mtn-Resorts app is very useful.
