Rooftop Retreat, a MULTI-LEVEL, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom oasis is located in the highly sought-after Urban Street at the Mountain in Steamboat Springs! Walk into the front door of this sanctuary and to your right off the hall you will find a bedroom with a queen bed along with an ensuite bathroom. Straight ahead takes you to the garage where you can store not only your vehicles, but your gear as well. Walk up the full flight of stairs to the main indoor living space flooding you with light from expansive windows. The modern, clean, open kitchen, dining room and living room allow enough space for cozy conversations yet keep everyone in your group together when it is time for dinner. Whether cooking or gathering with friends, you won't want to leave the designer kitchen that flows into a living area and with deck access. A professional oven, walk-in pantry, a vast quartz center island with seating for 4, and the versatile free-standing gas fireplace complete this space. With sunlight shining in from all floors of the duplex, it stays cool with mini-split AC units on the main level and upper-level bedrooms. On the 3rd level of the property, three bedrooms capsulate views of Emerald Mountain and the ski area. A laundry closet, and an easy flight to the rooftop when you want to bathe in the sun, cookout with friends or soak in the hot tub are some of the many great features of Rooftop Retreat. The rooftop deck is heated and drained as well to ensure it is always clear in the winter months.

Getting to the mountain or downtown is a breeze if you want to take advantage of the free city bus service. The closest stop is just a 1 minute walk away. TO GET TO THE SKI AREA: The Wildhorse Gondola is a one minute drive from the property, or you can walk to or from it in about 8 minutes. If you have anyone in your group who is not quite ready to hit the slopes, have them drop you off at the Gondola Transit Center. It's only a 3 minute drive.

Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
