La Casa 22 is a multi-level family-friendly condo. Inside, you'll discover a well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a wet bar ideal for entertaining, and a comfortable living area with a gas fireplace and balcony access. The bedrooms area on separate levels and include a primary suite with a king bed, a second suite with a queen bed, and two additional bedrooms each of which has two twin beds and en suite baths. For those traveling with little ones, a highchair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request. After days out on the mountain, come home for a soothing soak in one of the two shared hot tubs.

If you're looking for some fair-weather adventure in the great outdoors, hike the scenic, seven-mile Yampa River Core Trail that passes right through Steamboat Springs, or head north just 37 miles to check out the incredible Mount Zirkel Wilderness Area for fishing, hiking, and whitewater rafting. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of the Old Town Hot Springs with multiple pools and water slides, just a little over three miles north. And when it's time to dine out, this condo sits within walking distance of popular local restaurants like T-Bar, Café Diva, and Slopeside Grill.

We love to come to Steamboat for our family ski week! La Casa houses are close to the slopes and transport center for trips to town. Nice and roomy bedrooms and living area for our nightly dinners.

Your home was perfect for 6 of us! We had plenty of room and the comfy sectional couch was perfect for chatting over morning coffee as we planned our day. Beautiful views, very clean and well kept. We will definitely be back!

This condo was very clean, everything you would need in the kitchen, lots of bathroom supplies, sleds, games, carpet stairs for the little ones and fantastic location for skiing!! We definitely look forward to renting it again.

This place is not updated, but who cares? It's big and feels like a ski lodge. The family and I all loved it and we had a fantastic stay. It's about 100 yards from a ski run that takes you right to the gondola.

This property was great for a group ski trip and is accurately depicted in the pictures. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room with a great view, two nice community hot tubs. Walkable or shuttle to the slopes, also on-call shuttle service to downtown. Covered parking was nice as it snowed while we were there. Overall recommend, we would stay again.

Great location and perfect layout. Showerheads may need to be replaced, but they work well enough. Never got fireplaces to work, but not really needed, only wanted for ambiance.

We knew the house was big but the place was actually bigger then we thought. Each bedroom had a full bathroom and the beds were amazingly comfortable. It would of been nice to have screens on the bedroom doors because there is NO AC and keeping the doors open at night made for some critters to come in. The kitchen was well stocked. Carpet needs replaced. Overall, we did enjoy the stay and the place. We will be staying here again.

The place was extremely clean when we got in. It was stocked with anything we could of needed and more! Checking in was very quick and easy. We had 7 people, 3 cars and luckily were able to get parking passes for 3 vehicles since it wasn't a busy weekend. There was a shuttle on call, which we didn't need to use because of the free bus stop right outside of the condo. WiFi was great and the washer/dryer in unit was much appreciated after visiting the hot springs and hot tubs. We didn't need to call the front desk for anything, but I'm sure they would've been able to accommodate any requests we had. A fantastic place that I'll plan on using again! Thank you!!!

Loved this place! Fairly short walk to the mountain. Clean and they had a well stocked kitchen (plenty of utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, sale/pepper, etc). Plenty of towels. We used the washer dryer, they provide tide pods. Hot tub nearby. One designated parking spot but they have other spots nearby in the parking deck. Water pressure could be better and it did run out of hot water if more than 3 people were showering. Would absolutely stay here again. Definitely recommend!

If you like to cook, they have about everything you could want. Just steps to the slopes, and, apres ski, you have lots of room to spread out. Vacasa was quick to respond to issues with a few appliances.

We had a great (but shortened) stay at La Casa during our visit to Steamboat. Everything was as advertised or better and the walk to the slopes was easy and short. Unfortunately our visit was shortened due to the Coronavirus and Steamboat getting closed down, but even then the property owner treated us very well. Would definitely stay here again, can't wait to get back to Steamboat!

Brought our entire family up for the weekend. Booking was easy and communication from the staff was great. The only reason this isn’t a five star review is because the fireplace had a high pitch noise that never went away. But, the space was clean and had plenty of space for my family.

Even then you’ll probably be fine - just note, if you aren’t familiar with the area, that it does not have any air conditioning. Usually that won’t matter in Steamboat, though. The TV is also very small, though you can see that in the pictures, so no complaints. Also, management company’s people are very helpful, but a more intuitive map showing the off-site pool location could be helpful. Overall, good place for the price, nice management, good views, good location.

As the person charged with picking out a place for several families, you just never know what you may get. La Casa #22 was perfect for our situation attending a Baseball Tournament. Spacious, open, & comfortable & it had everything we needed.
