"We had to switch hotels last minute, they were awesome and it was like we were booked there the whole time. Quick service at the desk and got us all set up. They were very busy, I'm pretty sure there were 2 softball teams stay the same time. With that being said, they didn't miss a beat in keeping up with it all! The extra perks are always nice, normally it's just breakfast but they had an evening one as well with drinks and some snacks. Everyone we encountered was nothing but super nice and helpful. They took great care of us for our short stay. "

"Wow. They deserve their high rating. Staff was very attentive and worked to get me into a new room when we had an issue with the shower door. High wear equipment will eventually break, and it was barely an inconvenience. They even offered to move my luggage for me. Great walk in shower with good pressure, great breakfast that went fast but was quickly restocked, and a clean room."
