"Fantastic rustic and rural getaway in Crete. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too big an ask. Everyone we met on the trip were also very friendly and kind. The resort itself is pretty faultless, every member of staff is super kind and friendly, they all looked after us so well from reception to restaurants. "We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Koutouloufari Village Holiday Club. The apartment was fantastic, the pool area was lovely and quiet and the location was amazing - there are so many great restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were attentive, friendly and couldn’t do more for you, the whole place completely exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was great, I’d recommend including this on booking as it’s expensive to pay daily. Can’t wait to come back, thank you!"
