"It started off great as they upgraded us to a bigger room. We paid through Expedia and we’re only supposed to pay a minimal amount at the property. The site also says breakfast included. At checkout, they wanted paid for two days of breakfast although we only ate once and they wanted full amount of stay even though we paid via Expedia. Language barrier we paid but am now disputing through credit card. Wouldn’t stay there again. The host (male) was super nice. The lady (host) was angry...

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit wunderbarer Liegewiese, Schwimmteich und Sauna. Frühstück ist umfangreich, Familie Zeller sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist nicht hellhörig. Nur am Morgen, wenn sich Gäste im Hausgang lautstark unterhalten, lässt sich schwer ausschlafen. Aber sehr zu empfehlen!!! "

The hotel has great amenities (like the sauna). I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lofer. We loved the hotel and Lofer so much that we kept extending our stay! "Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Laut Beschreibung nur 36m² groß, aber schön großes Bad und Schlafzimmer. Küche+Wohnzimmer geschickt eingerichtet, so dass sie deutliuch größer wirkten. In Küchenausstattung alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis."
