"I must have walked by this hotel more than 100 times when I lived in Seattle. I did not stay in it until I moved away. Gorgeous personal space with a fireplace in the living room. Humongous tub in the bathroom, the largest I’ve seen in any hotel. Very roomy, classic old style with cozy finishes and furnishings. Excellent quality service as well. "Room was perfect, as was staff and location. Amazing staff!"

"The room was clean and allowed us to check in slightly early. The elevators did not work the entire time we stayed here. This caused us to have to carry multiple heavy luggage bags up and down to the 6th floor. When I book a hotel, I do not generally assume I would have to do cardio. The staff did not offer any type of comp or discount for the serious inconvenience. Couldn’t imagine having to do that as a senior or person with physical disabilities. "Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed.
