"We had a wonderful time here. We came in the off season so we were the only ones there! The property is beautiful and well kept, it was quiet, away from the town, and just cute as a button. The only thing we would suggest is to have detailed when the pool is available (ie seasonal from month to month) as we came at the end of April thinking the pool would be available and it wasn’t, so that was a bit disappointing. "They wrote at the last second to say that something was wrong with the perperty and that they booked us a room at the b&b Room 22. What was I going to say? I was already on the way. Then at Room 22, there was only one little window that face a courtyard and the shower was so small you couldn’t even turn around. The room itself was clean and the toilet worked if you tapped on it feom time to time. Overall, not what I was expecting or paid for."

"In der Vereinbarung stand, dass wir in der Zeit von 14-21 Uhr kommen können und erhielten dann, die Auskunft, dass "der Schlüssel auf dem Tisch" liegt und niemand zur Einweisung anwesend sein wird. Das Geschirr war für 2 Personen sehr knapp, keine Schüssel für warme Speisen, kein Messer für Gemüse oder Fleisch, sondern nur 2 gezackte Essmesser und ein unbrauchbares Brotmesser. "Buona struttura vicino Alberobello. Camera ampia, silenziosa e pulita. Problemi con l'ingresso in quanto il navigatore vi porta da una stradina interna. Procedete dalla provinciale. Colazione scarsa."

"The villa and pool were absolutely amazing and I was lucky to have my friends staying in the villa so I could share company and food with them. The annex where I was staying was clean and had a comfortable bed, a fridge and some supplies. The bathroom (in the Trullo) was big but smelt musty at tines even though I kept the windows and door open. There was no hot water on my last day. "Service by Francesco was excellent. The room itself was very comfortable and very modern. The best bathroom I have encountered along my travels. Parking is very secure. Outside of the B&B is very dirty, and unattractive. Eating was limited and there is nothing to do. We traveled to Taranto for the day but could not get passed the dirtiness and smell in some parts. Grateful for our stay at Hibiscus but won’t be returning."
