Unwind in Statesboro at this charming, spacious 4 bedroom/2 full bath home. Enjoy the calming comfort of 4 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of this property, complete with essential amenities with a grill, fire pit, patio furniture, washer/dryer, AC, and WiFi. Home is apprx 6 mins from GSU, Splash in the Boro Waterpark & Statesboro Mall. Make your stay one for the books with a relaxing stay at our place. You will love this home!

The Neighborhood:
The Oaks Subdivision is located in the city of Statesboro and has a fire pit, privacy fenced back yard for grilling & making memories! The neighborhood is very safe for families to walk & enjoy the breeze! The home does have 2 security cameras outside located on the front of the home.

Kitchen: Has plenty of seating available. A spacious dining area that will seat 6 guests. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools. A breakfast dining area that will seat 4 guests also. The house has appliances to include: coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, can opener, blender, & toaster oven. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, dishes, silverware, coffee mugs, cups, wine glasses, kids plates, pots/pans, eating & cooking utensils, grilling utensils, & more! Complimentary snacks & water provided for guests! Gameboards & books located in kitchen pantry.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms have walk-in closets for storage. All bedrooms have dressers for storage. Extra bed linen in closets. An iron/ironing board located in master bedroom closet. All bedrooms have TVs.

Bathrooms: Towels/wash cloths provided by host. Paper products provided by host. A hair dryer is located in master bathroom closet. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms with showers & tubs.

Back yard: Spacious backyard with patio furniture that seats approximately 8 guests. A fire pit & grill(s) onsite.

Excellent Stay

Plenty of room inside and a nice patio & yard outside with a charcoal grille. Kitchen is well laid out and everything was very clean. Great place and would definitely stay again.
