Rooms were clean, cool (yes, actual air conditioning that works), and comfortable. First room was a simple queen — perfect. Second one had a queen plus a double — even better. Bonus points for the coffee maker, free bottled water, and random little coffee candies that I definitely didn’t need but definitely ate. Even the bathroom soap and shampoo were good — once I figured out the fancy squeeze bottles, which I stared at like a caveman discovering plastic. Location? Ridiculous. "It was the greatest stay ever! I arrived with a big problem in hand: my eSIM was not working. The front desk staff (specially Lucie) went above and beyond even using her phone to solve my problem. And breakfast had good choices, with very friendly staff. "

"Mama Shelter Prague was a great hotel - cool amenities with free pool, foosball and arcade games in the lobby. Nice patio and restaurant. The rooms were clean and really nice. The area of Holesovice isn’t the nicest but it was an easy 30 min walk into Old Towne and around to see the main tourist sites of Prague. Overall a great stay."
