"We made reservations about a week prior to our stay through Expedia. When we arrived at check in the hotel staff did not have our reservations in their system, guessing Expedia dropped the ball here. The staff was very helpful in finding a solution and getting us a room, with an upgrade for the inconvenience. The room was very clean and all hotel staff we encountered were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. This hotel also has an excellent dinner restaurant but will need dinner reservations to get in, especially over the weekend. I would stay again for sure."

"I don't know what the name of the gentleman that was in the front desk, but he is prime example of how you greet someone and give them information. He held eye contact and was just overall pleasant. I've been to hotels recently, where this is missing and it's easily the first impression I get when I enter any property. And breakfast was first class."

"It was a busy weekend, long line when I checked in so the desk staff were a bit flat and not particularly welcoming. I also let them know there was lotion or soap on the bathroom door from the prior guest, they made a note but it was never cleaned during my 2 day stay. I notified them within an hour of me checking in. The restaurant staff was very friendly and the food was good. We also enjoyed the pool. The pool was clean and the towels although empty or very low, appeared to be restocked every couple of hours. As I said it was a busy weekend, hot weather, so the pool was popular and I wouldn’t fault them for the low towels. The deco is nice and the rooms were well maintained."
