" Excelente trato"

"Our visit blessed us with amazing weather as a beautiful back drop to this gorgeous place. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so tasty and had a so many choices. The only thing I would not give 5 stars was the service at supper. The food was delish but we were shocked as the the lack of attention and help guiding us through the menu or suggestion local options. Perhaps it was the Swedish to be standoffish. "

"The hotel had very narrow beds and the room was very hot. The breakfast was “OK”. The restaurant had good food but with a waiter who didn’t know anything about the different dishes, wine alternatives or beers. He had to ask everything to the chef! After the main course, we ordered a dessert with some berries and when we saw it was “hjortron” (cloudberry) I said. “Oh, hjortron” as it was a positive surprise for me. "I chose the hotel because check out was only at 12am. I had already traveled for 13 hours and was hoping to get some sleep but the hotel had a construction site starting at 7am. I understand that renovations are being done but they should inform the customers. Also the kitchen was closed when I arrived at the hotel even though it should have been open according to the schedule. Really bad service!"

"We stayed in Vrigstad for a week and absolutely loved it. The house had everything you it promised. The indoor play area came in handy for the kids. Having the boat available made it so easy to pop out for a few hours for fishing. The owner was so helpful, especially on arrival and when I realized I did not book lines and towels. He also gave us great information about the area. The grocery store is close by, and we also. enjoyed the steakhouse in town ! We certainly would come back again!"
