Welcome to this beautiful holiday home that promises you and your loved ones a wonderful holiday. The modern and comfortable house is perfect for taking a break from your hectic family life and soaking up the ambience and atmosphere. Look forward to luxury and high-quality furniture and enjoy cooking together in the kitchen, which can be opened up to the terrace. In the evenings, you can barbecue outside and relax with friends on one of the terraces. You can spend the sunny hours in and around the pool and enjoy swimming fun with your children.



If you want to leave your little paradise, all you need to do is grab your beach bag and walk the few metres to the pebble beach. Dive into the clear, deep water and let the waves carry you along the surface. The holiday resort is located in a unique landscape, as the mountains and sea merge together in a fascinating way in this region. From here, you can easily go on excursions to the Velebit mountains or the mountainous hinterland with the Paklenica National Park. We had a wonderful time. The location, pool and the house are very nice. The house is renovated and clean. The sea is 100m away. If there was a request from us it was really easy to be in contact with the stuff

Das Grundstück mit dem Poolbereich ist sehr schön, das ist Urlaubsfeeling.

Das Grundstück mit dem Poolbereich ist sehr schön, das ist Urlaubsfeeling.Das Grundstück ist nicht komplett eingezäunt, sodass wir immer unseren Hund im Auge behalten mussten, da das Grundstück für jeden zugänglich ist.Das ganze Haus bucht man nicht, denn die obere Etage ist die Wohnung der Vermieter. Es gibt draussen keinen Essplatz, nur einen kleinen Plastikstisch u 4 Plastikstühle, für 8 Personen nicht möglich. Wir haben umgeräumt und uns die Tische vom Balkon runter gestellt. Die Outdoorküche ist super, allerdings der Geschirrspüler 1 Etage höher in der eigentlichen Wohnung in der anderen Küche, sodass wir das Geschirr immer hin und her tragen mussten aussen rum. Geschirr und Gläser waren viel zu wenig. Es gibt von der Wohnung keinen Durchgang zum Wohnzimmmer, der Outdoorküche u dem 2. Schlafzimmer. Man muss aus dem Haus aussen rumgehen zum unteren Bereich. Kinder würde ich dort unten separat nicht allein schlafen lassen, da man es auch separat abschliessen muss. In der eigentlichen Wohnung sind 2 Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbetten, die sind super und auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Beide "Bäder" würde ich als Gästebad bezeichnen, super klein und eng, eben WC mit Duschkabine. Der Pool ist super, wurde auch regelmässig gereinigt vom Servicepersonal, der dann plötzlich einfach dasteht. Es gibt am Pool sowie auch an der Haustreppe keine Geländer, was für unsere mitreisende Seniorin sehr schwierig war.Es war trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub, wir kommen nicht wieder, allerdings bei den Preiserhöhungen für 2025 sowieso nicht.

Wir waren mit dem Haus zufrieden. Ein Bad war klein und das zweite sehr klein und liegt in der unteren Etage. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind auch nicht besonders groß.
