Villa Arte is located on the island of Hvar, in the town of Stari Grad, which is visited every year by a large number of curious tourists who are eager for a nice annual holiday and happy socializing together with their families or a group of friends. The island of Hvar is a well-known tourist destination that will surely leave you breathless!



Villa Arte was built in 2022 in a rustic construction style, it offers its guests 160 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 400 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and provides accommodation for a maximum of 8 people, while the optimal number is 6. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds and the third room has 2 single beds. As an additional bed, there is also a folding futon for two people (80x200). The villa also has 3 ensuite bathrooms, two of which have a shower, one has a bathtub and one separate toilet. If children are coming with you on holiday, you can use a feeder and a baby cot.



The living room consists of a sofa, an armchair, and a TV, next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole family.



You will find pleasant refreshment on the outdoor terrace in the heated pool of 29 m2, 1.4 metres deep, which has hydrolysis as additional functionality. Next to the pool, there are 5 deckchairs where you can relax and read your favourite book in peace. On the terrace, you can also use an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.



The yard of the villa is fenced and contains 4 private parking spaces, and there is another space outside.
