Designer House | Epic Pool | A+ Location Overlooking Stari Grad Old Town

Our house is located in the very heart of Stari Grad village, overlooking the picturesque harbor.
The villa was updated in 2020 with custom furniture designed for the house and we added a 15M pool (the largest pool on the island) in 2021. We wanted to create a relaxed yet sophisticated beach home that we would want to rent. No expense has been spared to create the most stylish and comfortable interiors on Hvar.

You will find a spacious, private and bright home with a large terrace that you will enjoy from early in the morning until late at night.

It is the perfect house and location to enjoy a Croatian island getaway. Great for couples, well traveled families, or a group of friends traveling together.

The house is set on a big, green property (impossible to find in town), which gives you the feeling of being removed, but at the same time only 100 meters to everything that you need in town. From the villa it’s a stroll to anywhere in the village with its bars, restaurants, supermarket, farmers market, butcher. There are also safe swimming beaches in walking distance.

The villa is two story:
The upper floor has a large, but simple kitchen with a new refrigerator and dishwasher that leads out to the terrace with its beautiful view over the historic old town.

The terrace has a new custom lava stone table from Naples, and is where guests spend a lot of their time from morning to night. A BBQ is also located on the terrace.

The upper floor has a lounge, with cozy sofa and two airy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a custom king size bed with walnut accents throughout. The second bedroom has a custom queen bed. Both rooms have big armoires with ample storage and hanging space for your clothes.

There is a newly renovated large shared bathroom that has an open walk-in shower and a freestanding tub.

On the lower floor there is a big lounge area which has custom sofas and chairs and is ideal place for the family or younger adults to hang out. There is also a table to play games at and an area for working out/doing a yoga class. The lounge stays cool even on the hottest summer days.

There are two bedrooms downstairs.
One room acts as a second master with a custom upholstered queen bed with its own entrance from outside and has an en-suite bathroom.

The other bedroom contains two twin beds with its own half bathroom. There is also a common full bathroom with shower downstairs.

There are four bedrooms in total, one king, two queens and one with two twins. All beds feature brand new comfortable mattresses and bed linens. As owners we are very conscious of wanting you to sleep restfully when you are here.

The downstairs terrace has a beautiful new lounge to relax on in the afternoon out of the sun.

The villa is fully furnished and has all the equipment you need, including wifi, and wireless speakers upstairs. No expense has been spared on accessories, Turkish towels, linens, and kitchen equipment.

The villa has two parking spaces.

If you like to explore, Hvar has many beaches, historical sites and other villages to visit and Stari Grad is ideally located in the middle of the island.

Stari Grad is where the ferry arrives, so it allows for easy access to the villa. We realize not everyone wants to stay a week in one place, and you might want to arrive on a Tuesday...we are very flexible on arrival dates and have a minimum stay of 5 nights unlike other villas.

The house is managed for us by a lovely local woman. She truly knows everyone on the island and is a great resource if you ever have a question while you are staying.
