I suggest the garage parking at the Tribunal centre (around 10 minutes walk away at a daily rate of 19e) or the parking on the shore line which is free overnight and around 25 minutes walk). Flat was comfortable especially the bed. Plenty of room. I had no hot water when I arrived so needed to put the boiler on (via a switch next to the lighting). Only limited kitchen equipment but fine for simple meals. Sofa bed...

"The hotel was located outside of the main tourist area but was a very easy walk from it. The apartment living space was large but the kitchen was small if one had the intention to actually cook in it. However for coffee, use of a refrigerator and a light breakfast, it was fine. I appreciated the washer at this point on our trip and it worked well. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away on mostly flat ground. The Pri Mari restaurant next door was very good. "

"Near enough to centrale! 20 minute walk to Piattza de l’Unite. Gréât paticierra nearby. Several very convenient grocery stores. Perfectly quiet second floor with elevator if you need it. Air conditioning works well. Kitchen well enough equipped. I readily recommend!! Gréât shopping area Very nice stay and I was there for a month. Easy walk to a taxi stand if you need one but you can walk everywhere"

"We enjoyed our stay at Marco's flat. Marco was very accommodating and welcoming. The flat is in a quiet area about a quarter of an hours walk from the centre of Grado. There are bikes available and it is extremely easy to cycle around the area. There is also a no. 37 bus which goes every half hour into Grado. Tickets can be bought from the local bar. There is a local supermarket and a lovely bakers to hand. The flat is light and modern with two good balcony areas. It was also very quiet,...

"I get why the owner rents this unit out. The noise from the outside machines are simply annoying and being a light sleeper, it was a terrible night. The bed and shower were both comfortable. The proximity to everything is hard to beat."

"Arrived unable to access apartment due to construction going on which we were unaware of. The area in front of the access door was completely blocked by contractors vehicles with wire fence and orange tape. After making enquires it was ascertained this was the access to apartment, on entering with our bags we had to make our way through dust construction debris and 8-10 workman carrying bucket loads of construction material which they were emptying on their truck parked outside the apartment...

"The property itself is very nice, a clean and precious small flat like some of us live in. Silent, a Safe Spot for the car and you have like 3mins by feet to reach the beach main entrance and also only 3mins to the Center of Grado and its Shops, Bars, Restaurants. We booked it already 3 times and again already a 4th time for next year, I think that says a lot. Rino is very friendly, Check-in and out is totally uncomplicated. What we love most about this apartment is to have a washing machine...

"Unser Appartement war im EG einer mehrgeschossigen Anlage, die gleich im Eingangsbreich des Platzes steht. Dominant sind auf dem Gelände aber weitläufige Zeltplätze, einzelne Mobil-home Stellflächen und Doppelhaus-Bungelows. Es ist für alle etwas dabei. Die Küche war sparsam aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Personal supernett und alles nagelneu renoviert."
