"We were very impressed with the size, location and comfort of this apartment. Parking was literally at the front door. It was perfectly situated to access the lake and the route to the castle, as well as being close to a grocery store and laundromat. Sasa was a very helpful host and also generous, as she allowed us to stay a bit longer as we had a very late flight out of Ljubljana the same day. The kitchen was well appointed and the towels were soooo large and lovely. I would highly recommend...

"Absolutely loved this apartment. Would stay there again. The apartment is spacious and extremely well appointed. From the balcony, you overlook the beautiful Faakersee, which is only a few minutes walk on a path right outside the front door. The town of Villach is only a 10 minute drive. "Vasja is a fabulous host, who greets visitors with a welcome drink & plenty of regional insight. The apartments are designed for big groups with multiple beds in multiple rooms. While we only stayed for 2 nights, things are set up nicely for week-long stays. Breakfasts are delicious and locally sourced. Bovec is reasonably convenient (35-40 min) to ski slopes in Italy. It’s also in the heart of beautiful natural wonders. Driving the mountain roads nearby is exhilarating."
