"Views from the porch of the Mogollon rim and surrounding area are stunning. A short walk down the road are hiking trails and the Tonto National forest. Many other hiking trailheads in the area are a short drive away. The nearby East Verde River is very scenic. We enjoyed sitting around the nice fire pit almost every night. Kitchen has all the necessities and more and the propane BBQ grill was great to cook steaks."
