"I've not stayed here before and was satisfied overall. It is a pub so a little noisy when in the hotel room as it stays open until 12. However, given it is a pub this is to be expected and not really a criticism. (I booked it knowing it was a pub so my own fault!) Facilities in the room were good - excellent shower and bathroom; tea and coffee-making equipment. Breakfast was good, pricing seems similar to other hotels in the city. "Chosen as it was close to Longleat, parking was off site but easy walking distance, had evening meal and breakfast, both of which were cooked well and used locally sourced ingredients. The pub is made up of lots of small rooms, mainly off the main corridor which gives it a quirky feel. Would recommend and would use again."

"We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay...
