Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place dirty towels and rags in the tub. Leave the bedding on the bed, we will take care of stripping and washing!
Please leave washed dishes in the dish drying rack for proper sanitation. Don’t forget to check the coffee pot and coffee grounds
Turn off lights and lock up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Events or parties (additional day guests), an additional $200 will be applied. This will result in eviction for eviction without refund.
No pets of any kind. An additional $200 will be added for proper cleaning and sanitation. This will result in eviction without a refund.
No smoking. Should the house smell of smoke or drugs of any kind, you will be charged a $300 ozone machine rental fee

Theresa was an excellent hostess, she added thoughtful touches to the home. We felt very comfortable there. I messaged her several times and she was always friendly, helpful and quick to respond. I'd recommended staying at the farmhouse to anyone.

Cottage near Red River Gorge

This host should be a Premier Host! She was the Best and her little house was perfect in All ways. Comfortable beds. Clean. Adorable decor. Even robes for us! The couch was so comfy one of us fell asleep on it and stayed there all night! Snacks, good towels! Well-stocked kitchen. I can’t say enough positives about this rental!
