"Stay was good, but not what we expected based on the VRBO description. Definitely not lux.1. Rooms and Beds description states 2 bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms. Only 2 full bathrooms.2. Property description includes garage and full-service business office with internet. We didn't see the office and the garage was not accessible.3. Deck needs immediate attention. Hole in the deck as well as worn floorboards. Safety hazard.4. Fire pit located on wooden deck. Fire hazard.5. Cleanliness. Significant Hair and dust under the beds. Hair on shower stall. Black mildew on shower curtain. Thick dust on HVAC returns.6. Yard was red clay/dirt. Exposed tree roots, irrigation pipes, and communication cables made walking the dog a safety hazard.7. Smoke detector missing in hallway.8. Small hole and peeling paint in guest bathroom where old towel hooks used to be.9. Insects found inside the house, including a large spider, large cockroach, and 7-10 flying insects.10. Bedrooms missing garbage cans.Photos are provided for many of the above comments.We provided more detailed feedback to Eight11 Collective so they can address what we found. The house could be a luxurious retreat if it's kept clean and certain renovations were made, such as the yard and deck."

"Not clean at all, the cleaning crew clearly doesn’t care about their jobs. Comes with a sink and a microwave, so those are convenient, assuming they’re cleaned properly"

"Great Stay for a Special Celebration!The house was very spacious and perfect for our family gathering. The furniture felt a bit small for the size of the home, but overall everything was comfortable and clean. The host was extremely accommodating — we accidentally left something behind, and she went out of her way to make sure we got it back. We truly appreciated her kindness.We enjoyed our stay as we celebrated my mom’s 75th birthday and created great memories together. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

"We totally enjoyed ourselves this week. Our family gather under one roof for a week each summer. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, it was a nice size for summer fun. The lay out was very user friendly with the 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs. We entertained ourselves with games, puzzles, crafts, etc. and had the room we needed for those activities. The only criticism I have would be the small kitchen and the oven. We cook all our meals and the oven was a bit problematic I kept turning items so they would cook evenly. They have a convection oven on the counter but I don't know how to use it. All in all, it was clean, great wi-fi access, close to shopping, the Coke museum and the aquarium. I would highly recommend."
