Bingham Motor Inn
10/10 Excellent
"I booked Bingham Motor Inn for a night before our white water rafting. Surprisely everything works so well. The room was spacious, modern and clean. It was very quiet. it has microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a mini fridge. The checkin was very smooth by presign a code. The staff answered my questions via text messsages which was very helpful when I was in remote areas before checkin. I would recommend it"

Amazing Mountain Views on Large Private Maine Wilderness-Modern Offgrid 300 acre
10/10 Excellent
"We booked this stay for a weekend away to celebrate our 15th anniversary. We like to be away from people and neighbors and it is so rare to find a place that actually fits the bill in that regard. This place delivered. The drive up to the house is a long gravel road with wildflowers, tall trees, and brooks. When you get to the top, the view is one of the best I've ever experienced. It feels like you've hiked to the top of a mountain, but you are actually standing next to a house that has a fantastic kitchen, cozy couches, and a perfect master bedroom. The living area, sun room, and master bedroom have views of nothing but mountains, trees, and sky for miles. While we spent one day hiking and splashing around in the pond, the rest of our time was spent reading, napping, and taking in the views. Our only regret was not bringing binoculars. The light on the mountains throughout the day changes the view by the hour. Joe was helpful and responsive leading up to and during the trip. As we were leaving we were already planning when we could find time to come back and see the views in the fall and winter."

Sugarloaf A-Frame! 6 minutes to the access road. Your private mountain retreat!
10/10 Excellent
"This was a great place for our Sugarloaf area adventures! Conveniently located to several hiking trails for the Maine 4000 footers, Flagstaff Lake for boating, General store with gas, and a few different restaurants. Try the Looney Moose Cafe for breakfast. Ryan was an exceptional host and his "A" frame home was near perfect. If you want a "silent" place, don't stay, it is close to the road and there is noise to contend with. Block it out - it's worth it. He was great to work with, very responsive to any inquires we may have had, provided easy instructions to follow with check in and check out, using the hot tub (BONUS!), etc. Love the story behind the dream - read the book when you get there. Nicely landscaped, wonderful rear deck to have coffee or a cocktail, firepit and firewood, hot tub, open concept living makes it feel inviting, the stairs to the second floor are steep so watch your footing and use the handrails. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Wonderful place for two to four persons to hang your hiking packs at the end of the day, have a hot shower with a nice meal prepped and cooked in the kitchen, soak your bones in the hot tub for a while, and have a restful night's sleep. The home was very clean and comfortable for us. There is no AC but several fans were there to help circulate the air. All in all a great place to stay, so much better than camping, and we would absolutely come back again. Thank you Ryan and family!"
