Autumn Ridge- Cozy cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains with a bubbly hot tub!🗻

Autumn Ridge is located "up Tanner's Ridge" as the locals say. Secluded enough to give you the private getaway you're craving, but with all the comforts of home (and a hot tub!) Pet friendly! Even Spot can come and enjoy! Make sure to stop on your way up at some of the scenic overlooks and take ALL the pictures- you'll see some of the beautiful views from the road up in the cabin pictures.



Bedroom Arrangement: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full Bed, 1 Sleeper Sofa

Bubbly hot tub- Relaxation for all seasons!

Large Deck with lots of seating!

Cook dinner on the charcoal grill

Fully equipped kitchen- feel free to check with us if there's a specific item you need!

Satellite TV with hundreds of channels

DVD Movie Library, in case you feel like curling up on the couch and watching a movie

Have fun with the family with the board games provided!

No wifi- completely unplug and relax here!



The base rate includes 4 people. Additional guests are extra, please read the itemized charges carefully. Thank you!



PLEASE NOTE for November- March bookings: During these winter months, we strongly advise that a four-wheel drive (4WD) vehicle is required. While there are plenty of dry weekends during those months when a regular vehicle would be fine, you cannot know that in advance. Please take this warning seriously for those months. For the rest of the year, regular 2wd vehicles are fine.



Dogs are welcome! There is a limit of 2, with a pet fee of $50 per. Unfortunately, we can't accept cats. Sorry about that!



Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be available; ask us!



There is no trash service in the area, so please take your trash with you.you where to take it, Instructions in the cabin tell so you don’t have to take it all the way home! Alternatively, the house manager can take them for a tip of $5 per bag.



Please note: The optional firewood charge of $10/night is for firewood. If you don't think you will use the firewood or would like to bring your own, please let us know! We are more than happy to refund that to you.

Was not happy when we arrived, the grounds were so unkept. Was tracking we leaves into the cabin. Such a mess. We arrived on Sat, people came Mon to clean the grounds. Not such good job b tho. My husband and I lifted all the mats and swept under them and it did look much better. Wasn't so peaceful in mornings, always hearing people weed whacking or gas generator. Weeds were growing out of gutter and when it rained it was a mess.

Great location outside of the city

Nice Cabin

Place was great. Only issue was the pots and pans should probably be replaced. All were very rusty and hardly usable. There was a chair in the living area that the back had come separated from the seat. But otherwise was amazing.

Exactly what I needed

I wanted somewhere quiet in the woods with a hot tub to do some much needed recharging and reflecting. Everything was clean, everything worked, and when I had a transportation issue, management was able to help me get assistance in such a remote area. This place is short listed for my future getaway needs. Great space and people!

Lovely remote stay

The lockbox had us bamboozled upon arrival, and no cell signal meant we had to go back a bit of a ways to reach the property manager. Easily resolved, but a hiccup to start while dogs were eager to get out of the car. The home itself was impeccably clean - impressively so, especially considering they permit pets. The “unplugged” nature of our stay was perfect, as were the turning of the leaves. I wasn’t a big fan of having to take my trash away with me and it’s the first time I’ve seen that. The local winery was an excellent (and very close) visit, even for those who might not be connoisseurs. Overall, we enjoyed easy communication with the management company in advance of our stay and enjoyed the charming house itself.

Relaxing getaway

A beautiful, quiet location and a cozy home that's a great place to relax. This was our second visit and it's one of our favorite places to stay. Very clean, well-maintained and very comfortable.

Cute little cabin

Cute, small cabin. Smelled a little musty due to high humidity, but overall it was comfortable. Plenty of hot water, but the pressure could have been better. The screened in porch was beautiful! FYI: It’s about a 25-30 minute to drive to closest entrance to Shenandoah. Overall, we had a great stay!

Cute cabin on a ridge of a mountain. Very close to many attractions including luray caverns, Shenandoah caverns, Shenandoah valley, skyline caverns, and other outdoor activities.

Mountain Trip

Wonderful, very relaxing stay, the hot tub was on point, we did get turned around going into town, and forgot our directions at the cabin, didn't realize no gps until we left the cabin, a little map of the side roads would be wonderful, but we figured it out..... great stay, thank you for the dish detergent and the paper towels, everything we needed was there!!!! Great time!!!!!!

A cozy secluded cabin close to Shenandoah

My boyfriend and I stayed at Autumn Ridge for our Anniversary. We loved that this cabin feels secluded but is close to nearby attractions. We went during peak fall colors and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck drinking our morning coffee and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening/night time. The inside of the cabin is cozy and equipped with everything you need to be comfortable.

Great place

Beautiful area and property, the house was clean and tidy and very cozy. The hot tub was great to have after a long day of exploring the towns. The house manager Laura was awesome and very friendly. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful cabin but..

The location is in the woods and the cabin is beautiful along with the hot tub. It’s in the town of Stanley which is 10 mins drive from Luray - the main area with restaurants and grocery stores. We did not find the cabin clean enough when we reached. There was chewing gum on the head of the bed and the bottom of bath tub was greyish in color. We informed the management and the house manager removed the gum but the bathtub was still dirty and we told her that it needs cleaning with a scrubber. Anyway, we still were okay and were planning to stay another day until we noticed some rumbling coming out of living room. We were quite scared as this location is very secluded. Upon checking we found it was a rat who was enjoying pizza crumbs in the trash (under the kitchen counter). We left the next day. The property management needs to do a good job of cleaning. I don’t think we are going to stay here again.

Total Relaxation

We planned a 3 night get-away to relax and enjoy the mountain area. Thus location was exactly what we had hoped for. The cabin was clean, neat and nicely decorated. It was well supplied and had very nice amenities. Sitting on the screened deck was very relaxing and the hot tub was excellent. We hope to return next year.

Overall A Nice Cabin

Our trip was a girls weekend and when we first arrived , or so we thought we arrived at some maintenance gate that was actually 45 minutes from the correct entrance but other than that the hot tub was disappointing as it was set on 105 degrees and we weren’t able to use it during our stay. It was so hot it literally burnt our skin when we went to get in. The house was nice and cozy and a beautiful location and overall it as a nice stay other than those two issues.
