I was on edge once I got given a new room thinking the same thing would happen to me. I was not told to pay for parking after entering my reg plate in on the system last night when arriving, then when I left in the morning I asked again about it and they said ‘no they obviously just forgot to charge you, you should be ok’’ so if I hadn’t have checked this morning with the parking company, I would have got a fine. Awful awful customer service. "
