"Mike the hotel GM is very nice to us, he is so kind , as well as other hotel staff members. The hotel offers free ice cream, tea, coffee, donuts and orange juice in the morning. We were a group of three traveling for the weekend get way. We stayed in a two queen bed one sofa bed room. The room is very large. we each have our own bed and slept very well. In the morning, the donuts and organ juice were brought to our door step. We visited the big tree redwood state park, the lake alpine, the white pines lake, the Columbia state historic park in our trip. The town Murphys is very quite, and everyone here is so nice. We also visited the farmers market, stores and restaurants here. It has been a very nice weekend getaway and we were glad we stayed in Murphys suites and it was a good choice. The hotel is located close to where we want to visit. Hope we can come back to visit again in the future."

"The staff was amazing & super sweet. Mainly interacted with Davina & she was so kind & friendly. So easy to communicate with. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Looks recently remodeled. Pool, although older, water was clean & clear & not super strong chemical smell. A nice little touch was every evening they offered a smores kit which we loved! Breakfast was basic hotel breakfast but still good to have to not have to worry about finding a place. Perfect location if you to walk to restaurants or travel to other local towns. Over all loved the place & will stay again. Cons, Water pressure in the shower is really low. Did more of a rinse than shower. Would recommend bringing own toiletries as the ones they provide is so drying. Elevator is small. Only big enough for a couple with luggage. Windows are old so if you are facing main street, noise might be loud for some people."
