"Generally ok - there weren't breakfast goods as suggested in listing and sofabed wasn't made up as I'd requested. Tv control had been mislaid (?by previuos guest?) so we couldn't watch it. Although there were lots of games and owner was very apologetic and did try to sort it on night 1.Really convenient for Harry Potter tour - free bus is a 15 min walk away, as is the train station."

"Cooking utensils etc not clean, insufficient towels, doors not shutting, toilet door didn’t lock ( latch on back to front!) no bedside lights, no fire extinguisher ( this is a legal requirement), very tight to get in and park, poor quality of finish etc. It was nicely quiet"

"We had a good stay at this property for the Christmas holiday. Easy check in, with free parking. Communication with the host was good, was able to accommodate our extra needs. We had some difficulty unlocking the bedroom door after locking ourselves in. Had some difficulty with the cooker and oven but communication with the host had everything resolved and got our Christmas dinner cooking perfectly. Property could’ve been a bit cleaner in areas but overall a good stay and everyone enjoyed this...

"Lovely property near to many local amenities, better suited to a family with children rather than 6 full size adults, not because it’s small but just the logistics of seating/lounging/eating. Great garden and outdoor space, loads of hot water for everyone! "

"No communication about how to get in until I asked so we were stuck outside for half an hour. It was freezing when we got in. Put the heating on straight away and it took about 5 hours to warm up as many of the windows need replacing and two of them are so broken they won't shut. The whole place has a cheap feel, bad bedding, not enough pillows, fridge noisy. I'm glad we only had one night booked. It was fairly clean. Lots of things offered on the website didn't exist, like printer or internet...

"The bed was so comfy and amazing that I slept through until 11.45 and missed my train lolz But all I can say is peeps you will sleep well here and if you need to be somewhere then put your alarm on. The staff were lovely and friendly and food places are nearby and you can get number 5/6 bus from train station to stadium so everything is convenient. I loved my stay will defo recommend and come back "
