"The hotel property was very well maintained which is no easy feat for a property that size. Our room was clean and comfortable and the airport shuttle was convenient. Unfortunately, the self check-in kiosk was unable to verify our booking so we ended up having to line up in the queue which we had hoped to avoid. Of course, there was another guest who felt he was far more important than anyone else in the line and he barged up to a desk clerk for immediate assistance...and, for some reason, the desk clerk didn't course correct him. It's unfortunate that the only restaurant available in the hotel is dedicated to a specific cuisine so we went to dinner there. Food may have also been available in the lounge/bar area but it was extremely busy there so seats were available. Perhaps the Italian restaurant was understaffed that particular night (which isn't the fault of the servers who were there) but the service was not good. The wrong dish was presented to me so I had to wait until the correct one was prepared. All in all, we spent a fair amount of money on a mediocre dinner...there are worse things."

"Staff especially Maria was excellent! After complaining that the AC was not working, Maria contacted maintenance and promptly advised that further investigation is needed. She offered to change our rooms which we did. I left a makeup mirror in the old room and Maria retrieved it the next day. Maria was extremely helpful. Hotel location is in an excellent location close to many restaurants and transportation to airport and train station. We enjoyed our stay. Only improvements is to provide tissue paper and slippers for guests comfort."

"Great stay and perfect location close to the arena. Very close to a Dublin Express bus stop if you are coming from the airport. Small things would have made it even better for example room had no tissues - minor point but would have expected some in a hotel of this type. Breakfast was nice but food was not very hot which I know is really difficult when you are catering for so many people. These really are minor points and I would definitely stay at The Samuel again."
