There are plenty of eating places and takeaways nearby and a convenience store just a couple of minutes seat. "Stairs up to room were very clean and well kept. Corridors clean, spacious and lovely air fresheners used. Room was very clean, spacious and quiet and cosy. Bed comfortable and lovely pillows. Bathroom had good shower and a bathmat was provided which I like to have. Good shower gel, shampoo,conditioner and hand cream provided. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. Friendly staff. Would recommend and would stay again."

The fine dining menu was more interesting and produced better results. Decent wine list. The bar staff had a difficult time taking orders and producing drinks. Allow a lot of time and patience for this activity. The television control was absolutely inscrutable, and the directions provided in the room manual were not correct. The telephone in the room was non-functional which is unacceptable in an establishment of this type. Yes, I would return."
