"Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend"

"Nice hotel in a very central location. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with various options available. Shout out to Viktoria, who was super nice & never seemed to stop working!!"
