"Cute and simple bed and breakfast. To improve:
- Mattress quality was really mediocre, way too soft, same with the pillows. Difficult to sleep well after a day of skiing.
- The younger woman at the reception desk was unfriendly and made it difficult to use the steam bath saying it was full when it wasn't. "

"Out of the way but worth it. Beautiful views from the balcony to our room. The little hotel has spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and personal service. The dinners served at the hotel were gourmet quality and delicious! "
"We had a wonderful stay at the Alpha Hotel. The hosts are lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice. There are two small markets in the area in case you want to grab some snacks. There is a bus stop nearby and a town where you can catch a train to Zermatt for example. There is a small play house on the property which includes a slide and some swings if you are traveling with little ones . Overall we would definitely stay here again."
