"Enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that there were never pool towels. And the pool Towels were pretty worn that we did use."

"We have stayed here before, it is really starting to get run down. The door into the room has light shining through the side and bottom of the door. Faucet was leaking onto the sink top. Bed was good. The towels need to be replaced ( very thin and scratchy). Pillows need updated. A/c smelled strange, musty/mildew?"

"We booked a kong room. When we got there check in took a long time even though we were the only ones there. The front desk staff said they needed to walk us to our room to make sure it opened. So we went with her and the door would not open so we went back to the front desk and started the check in process again for a new room, but it was not a king room. The total check in process was nearly an hour, which was frustrating after a long day on the road. We had ants in our bathroom. The beds were not comfortable, and the ac was very noisy. Breakfast was basically out by 8am even though it was supposed to be served until 9. "

"It had everything I needed but the floor was disgusting. My room had tile and it seemed as though it was only swept with a broom or only a vacuum was used, it doesn’t appear it had been mopped in ages, my feet were instantly black after walking across it a few times after a shower."

"It was very nice. We really had a fun time. The house is beautiful, and swim spa was a big hit. The home and area was so nice, the kids loved the pickleball and basketball court. We went to snow canyon, an escape room adventure, and a concert at tuacahn. Thanks so much!"
