"I was unsure walking up to the building about how "hotel-like" it would be but the building is so charming and the hotel staff was very responsive via WhatsApp. We enjoyed that there was a contintental breakfast every morning and felt like we were in a hotel but then had some of the experience of being a local when you walked out the door. "The area around the hotel was not the best in terms of feelings and looks. It looked real shady and we did not feel safe walking around. The hotel itself wasn't that great either. We had someone randomly knock on or door around 11;30pm and did not answer back when I asked, "who is it?" The room was musty and moldy in smell. I would not recommend staying here.
