"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... La casa è in una zona riservata e nella natura tra le colline ...il silenzio domina piacevolmente e il panorama è veramente mozzafiato. La piscina è carina e pulita dotata di un chioschetto col frigo utilissimo. I proprietari passano la mattina per la manutenzione del giardino(curatissimo) ma sono discreti e gentili( ci hanno portato le uova fresche del loro pollaio).🤣 Una location...

"Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!"

"Beautiful Villa in a spectacular setting. Very well equipped and comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all our group. The restaurant at the end of the road was good as was the small bar and shop in the village. Jesi, Singhallia and the local caves at Genga all worth a visit. Very pretty hillside towns within a short distance from the Villa. A perfect place for a relaxing, tranquil holiday."

"Schöne Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Fabriano, mit einem SUV gut zu erreichen. Paolo kümmert sich regelmäßig um den Pool.Die Betten sind sehr gut und auch die Küchenausstattung ist top, ebenfalls gibt es eine bequeme Couch. Die Überdachung vor dem Haus mit Tisch und Bänken ist bei einem etwaigen Regenschauer oder für einen Vollschatten sehr gut zu nutzen. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft."
