Upon our arrival, the first room had towels on the floor beside the bed snd the bed sheet had stains on it. The second room had urine odor. The third room was a remodeled and an upgraded room. "The hotel was close to the main station which was very convenient and it had good facilities. For a business traveller it provided a comfotable stay. Overall would definitely come again. The only downside I had was that the TV had a screen mirroring function but I couldn't get it to work because the TV could not connect to the hotel WIFI - however, the stay was still excelllent"

"From thus user’s perspective, the hotel is well run by competent, friendly and engaged staff (which goes a long way…). The place is also very clean, and the only drawback is that the overall furnishing of the rooms (well, the room I occupied at a minimum) seems in need of an upgrade, more for the looks than for function. The single occupant room I had is VERY small, but surprisingly functional (I.e., sufficient desk space to do some computer work. All this said, I would come back due to the...

"Hotel bar is excellent. The room was on the shabby chic end of the scale & very hot! Noise of other guests talking loudly didn’t help for restful night’s sleep. Convenient for the station "

"Super friendly staff. All hours of the day. Check-in was easy. The only thing I’d tweak was the layout of our room. We’re used to the European size of the rooms but we kept banging in to the bed coming from the bathroom. Could be user error too I suppose. :)"
