"Pension ist zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen. Eigene ParkplĂ€tze sind nicht vorhanden. Man kann in der NĂ€he des Bahnhofs (Karl-Marx-Straße, neben dem Griechen) fĂŒr 6 € von 8-18 Uhr parken, der Rest des Tages ist freies Parken. Das sind wenige Minuten bis zur Pension. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das zur Pension gehörige Restaurant Michelangelo - sehr gutes Essen! Die Pension ist preiswert in alle Einrichtungen waren in Ordnung. Kaffee gibt es an einem Automaten, der im Treppenhaus steht (nur 0,50 €)....

"Hotel Herzog Georg is a real gem hidden in rural Germany. The size of room is larger than a standard European room and we were very happy to have 2 large size doubles for my wife and 15 yr old son. Breakfast was massive European style and quality was superb. Lots of walking opportunities around town with site seeing and hiking just a short drive away. A couple notes, not much English spoken here, or in town at all. People were extremely gracious and we didnt have any issues, but just be aware. Also there are limited hours for the reception and if you think you will even be close to showing up after 7pm local time, reach out and coordinate how to get room access. We did not do this (our fault) and struggled to get ahold of the reception after hours with our US phones. Overall I would def stay here again if I was coming to the area."
