"The hotel is conveniently located. Very walkable area. Close to the metro. Rooftop restaurant is very nice. I didn't order drinks or food, but I see why guests would want to hang out there on the rooftop. I think the hotel should offer water downstairs at the reservation area. It's an inconvenience to have to go to the rooftop to get water. Also the hotel should offer a few more toiletries, such as lotion. "Beautifully designed hotel, in a great location. Easy to get to from Rotterdam Central Station- it’s only a few stops on the tram or underground to virtually the door of the hotel. Very sophisticated interior design with a lounge overlooking the harbour behind the hotel, and bar/ restaurant on the lower dockside level which looked great. Receptionist was very welcoming, and helpful. We had a very spacious city view room on the 10th floor with great outlook . Everything was beautifully...
