"An excellent location, right next to the metro station. Clean rooms and wonderful hotel service. The service was particularly professional right from the moment of check-in. Izabella provided exactly what every tourist should receive upon arriving in a new place: reliable information about the hotel and tips to help navigate the area. Izabella did a wonderful job. We saved a lot of time by following her advice."

"The location of the hotel is great, with the metro train close by, allowing for easy access to the city centre and less noise. The hotel reception staff were all great during our stay, especially- Tina, Victor and Mo. Also, the breakfast team and bar crew were excellent. For breakfast lovers there is something for everyone no matter your preference, Shout out to Prince the chef at the omelette station, remembers a repeat customer’s order and very patient."

"We were there less than 12 hours. Just an overnight for our flight home. First stop on shuttle to airport which can get crowded. Did not have breakfast or food there. Free coffee was nice before getting on the shuttle. Good for what it was."

"The location was very close to Public Transit... Metro & train stn was an easy walk. Bus stop outside the front door. Felt very safe walking in the area. Our Grand kids loved the games area. Could not rate any higher because of some issues (3) which could have been "one of's" but still annoying to us to have to deal with."
