"We came to town for the Stray Kids concert and spent a couple days here and it was great, the property was in a great location to rent bikes or scooters and get anywhere we wanted to within 20 minutes. We will definitely recommend it to any friends or family who want to travel to Seattle!"

"The house was very nice and had all the amenities you would need. We only stayed for one night but wish it would have been longer, will definitely stay there again if we are in Seattle!"

"A great place to stay! Very quiet, great neighborhood, comfy beds, and the bus was very easy to use to go downtown. "

"Perfect location and accommodations! Walked to everything (including a concert at T-Mobile Park) and the accommodations were perfect. My teen daughter and I enjoyed our 4 day stay. Would absolutely book again the next time we are in Seattle. The rooftop deck was amazing! Thank you! "

"We came from Cali to watch our Mariners beat the Giants. The location is perfect because it is far enough away from the madness of the city traffic but close enough to the public transportation to get there in a few minutes. I do recommend using the public transportation as it is easy to navigate and is $3 a person rather than the $35 Uber ride each way. The guesthouse we stayed in was clean and decorated nicely. "The room was private and cozy, perfect for our needs. Loved having all the games, and the Seattle decor was a nice touch. The room is well equipped with all your basic needs. We were a little confused about how to get in, the host had sent attachments with really good instructions, but we didnt notice them, so be sure to check the attachments for details. Overall - nice spot for a good nights sleep. "

"Easy communication and any issues were dealt with quickly and in a hassle free manner. The apartment was pristine clean, had all kitchen utensils and plenty of towels / bed linen. Central location but parking can be bit of a nightmare in the area. Walking distance to pike place and some nice bars / restaurants within walking distance"
