"Very elegant hotel, with clean, fresh and tastily decorated rooms and good amenities in central Rotterdam. The breakfast “market” (you “shop” what you want to eat and pay accordingly) is lacking variety a little and there are no hot food options, otherwise a highly recommended hotel choice. Highlight for me was how quiet the room was- I did not have to wear my earplugs I normally wear at night!"

When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier."

The outside temperature was 16 degrees and the air conditioning was on in my room and the fan was blowing out very cold air. Hardly the weather for air conditioning to be on. I spoke to reception and was told that the temperature was set the same for all the rooms and she would turn off the fan. However the room the next day the room was too cold. I am 83...
