"Really impressed with this hotel Shower room well maintained and cleaned spotlessly . Staff so helpful. Breakfast was all you could as for. One thing..Our booking was for 2 rooms which we booked at the same time. When we got to the hotel one room was on the ground floor the other 2nd floor. Both rooms had an Interconnecting door to the room next to it.it would have been nice if they had put us together on the same floor.made no sence to split us up but that honestly is the only thing"

"We had an amazing night staying in the deluxe suite and it was spectacular. The room in the accommodations could not have been better. The staff in the bar, restaurant and hotel were all very nice and happy to help in any request that we had. Food restaurant was great and the atmosphere was terrific – definitely check out the Abbey directly across the street."

"The hotel was lovely and our room was excellent. We can't fault any of the staff as they were friendly and helpful. The only thing we had an issue with was the catering for the evening meals. On the 2 nights we ate in the restaurant there were several meals and additional dishes that weren't available on both nights. "We stayed in one of the older buildings which was great and had a unique feel to it. It did make controlling the temperature and ac a little trickier during the recent heatwave though. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean with a decent shower."
