Cependant la piscine mise en avant dans l'annonce et décrite comme pas chère lors de notre demande d'informations est quand même à 9€/jour. De plus il manque une vrai table sur la terrasse. Les communs étaient aussi peu entretenu (sale, mauvaise odeur, certaines lumières ne fonctionné pas)."

"I notified the hotel about our arrival to Marseille, renting a car, going to Gaya Hotel. When we arrived- no signs of a hotel at this address. Nobody answered multiple calls. It was no way for us to get into the property. We contacted Hotels.com and after three hours phone with them they were able to find another hotel for us for the whole duration of stay. Otherwise, we would have to sleep in the street or in the car. For all my years of travel I have never encountered such a behavior, totally...

"Unfortunately we were plagued by creatures, it could have been the weather or the fact that the builder who was banging a lot had disturbed them. The apartment needed updating. there was no ventilation in the separate toilet, no smoke alarm or extinguisher, tv did not work, overgrown garden with rotten decking,full bins and a dirty bbq. We found the area noisy at night and tight to park in. On the plus side the bed was comfy but not proper pillows. We left early and the owners gave us 2 nights...

"Fantastic location in the heart of the historic center of Montpellier. Apartment had everything we needed to (walk to) enjoy its many restaurants, cultural sites, museums (Musee Art Brut was a real treat) and shops in the immediate area. Anytime we needed something, it was there, and anytime (really only pnce) the apartment needed anything, Pamela was there. Three-plus weeks was just not enoughtime to take it all in. Tom.
