"We had an excellent stay with exceptional customer service, and the room and hotel are top-notch! The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet; it definitely wasn't worth the money, and the options were very limited but the room service was fantastic and the chicken club sandwich was the best I've ever had! We will be back!"

"Great location in the Reeperbahn. Many good restaurants and bars around. The area close by is somewhat run down. Breakfast is Continental but everything is fresh and lots of choice. Slow bar service as the same person was also dealing with check ins etc. I would stay again."
