I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. "The area was conveniently located close by the ferry. I admire that there is an on-site restaurant along with 2 pools. Definitely gives vacation vibes and it is also conveniently located by the marina and the beach. The host wrote well written instructions and suggestions where I didn't even need to contact him. Everything was smooth. This was an incredible experience!"

"We spent five days at the beginning of May 2026 in this condo and couldn’t ask for a better spot for our first trip to St. Thomas! Perfect location ..close to Red Hook for shops and the ferry. Nice balcony for watching the sunrise and coffee. Pool was refreshing and maintained regularly. Local restaurant / bar, Sudi’s, located in the lower level of building.
