"We were unaware of power outages during a two night stay. If we had known about it at time of booking we would’ve chosen another place. The shower head was leaking big time. Very difficult having water squirting all over the place while taking a shower. Was told by management power was going to be off from 9am-3pm and it didn’t come on till 3:25 and told it would be shut off again from 5-7pm again. We went to dinner and got back to find it still not on and finally came back on 7:20 pm. The...

"loved the place and the area, second time staying here at saphire beach & will definitely stay here everytime we visit ST Thomas"

"The Mermaid’s Pearl was a comfortable fit for my son (19) and me. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view from the balcony. The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean. We enjoyed the local restaurant (Sudi’s) and the pool just outside the front door, as well as the short walk to the Safire Beach complex (local coffee shop and eateries on the beach). We also walked into Red Hook which took about 20 minutes. Red Hook is small but has plenty of little shops and...

"Everything was perfect! Michael responded back to me within minutes to answer my questions that I had. Place was so clean.Comfortable bed.AMAZING VIEW, just absolutely breathtaking!!Cannot wait to return."

"The room was beautiful great View locations on point for everything you needed within the area the only downfall I would say was the hill if you're walking and if you have any type of handicap but other than that beautiful place to stay"

"Very comfortable relaxing experience my wife is nine months pregnant and was able to relax and enjoy the scenery. Thank you so much."

"Safire Condos and beach are great. Host were amazing, promptly responding to any messages. Short 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches, clean, not crowded, and outstanding food and drink options."

"The resort property is run down and needs some major attention. The inside of our condo was nice and the view was great. The beach would have been ok had it not been for high winds and sargasm. We never could figure out how to get to the top pool. The resort isn’t easy to navigate."

"Super clean, hotness responsive. Would highly recommend"

"Initially, somewhat tough to locate specific condo within the condo complex. Overall nice property. Very comfortable bed. Very close to Sapphire beach, Lindquist beach, and Red Hook. I would definitely stay again."

"I like this hotel location , design of hotel, view from window, and comfortable inside. Some other near pool women destroyed my car of scratches because do not like when I parked near their car. However, very quant and clean hotel. Only what I did not like : no people for help in hotel , all was online ."

"This was our second time staying at this property and will not be our last. The property was super clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking dinners easy. The murphy bed was super comfortable and made it easy to stay with 4 people. The location is a quick walk to the pool and Sudi's. Communication with Lourdes was quick and helpful."

"Clean room, AC worked great, pool is very close. Overall, a really cool place to stay."

"Great experience. Nice property, easy walk to the beach, fun pool, TV to decompress with in the later evening. Cool rain shower, grill, quiet and peaceful. Good AC as well!Lovely time. Absolutely would book again and most likely will! Highly recommend."

"This is a cute, comfortable, private unit conveniently located just a short, easy walk from Sapphire Beach. Very enjoyable!"
