Walls exterior exceeds 30 inches in some places. Interior walls are also all concrete, the ceiling is concrete. The unit has newly installed bathroom with shower and pedestal sink. New windows has been installed. At present the space has a Kitchenette and all the features you will need for your stay. From the space you are walking distance to downtown, the historic 99 steps, many restaurants, and other cultural features of Charlotte Amalie. The space doubles as the home of the Co-Host Chef Chargois. The Chef will greet you at check-in and hand over the keys and share any nuances of the space and the entire area to enhance your stay.
