"Hotel was in very convenient location (close to Tram stop, many destinations in easy reach) and general condition was very good. I booked a Townhouse Room, not realising it was separate from main hotel (not made clear on booking details) and we had a groundfloor room facing the road. VERY noisy - nightclub directly opposite with lots of noise until 3am and Tram passes right outside window every 15 mins or so. I would avoid those rooms!"

"Well, definitely a three star hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there. But makes it an amazing day were the staff. Marianne at the front desk was helpful and so accommodating. Christoph in the Restaurant was delightful as the other server (I forget her name). The pub downstairs is lively with music going late into the night. You can’t beat the location."
